In Minecraft, a bed is very important, as a player can sleep in a bed at night, thus avoiding mobs spawning and mob attacks. This will also fast-forward time. Another important point is that once you have slept in your bed, the game resets your spawning point. You will spawn a few blocks away from your bed unless something is blocking the spawn point, which forces you to spawn in the realm’s default location.

How to make a Bed in Minecraft.

You will need following to make a Bed in Minecraft:

Crafting table
3 Wool
3 wooden planks

Step 1: To make a bed in Mincraft, open the crafting menu in a 3×3 grid.

Step2: Place 3 wood planks in the last row. Place 2 wool in the second row. Use wool of the color of your choice.

Step 3: Once you have crafted the bed, then move it to your inventory.

You can use different colors for your bed. Collect Wool from Sheep which will get you black, white, gray, light gray, and brown wool. If you want cyan, purple or blue sheets on your bed, you must dye the wool first.

For a bed, you must collect a minimum of 3 wool. Players can kill the sheep to collect wool, but you can also use a pair of shears.

To make wooden planks, simply place logs from cut down trees that you collected into one of the 3×3 slots in the survival inventory crafting menu. You can use 3 of the following wooden planks to craft a bed with: Oak Planks, Spruce Planks, Birch Planks, Jungle Planks, Acacia Planks, Dark Oak Planks, Crimson Planks, Warped Planks.
